20m 30m & 50m No Voltage Drop Long Run LED Strip
Products Features:
True No Voltage Drop
The use of thickened copper foil PCB with high electrical conductivity significantly reduces the line resistance.
Ultra-long single-segment operation capability
It supports continuous lighting for 20 meters, 30 meters, or even 50 meters under a single power supply drive without the need for intermediate power supply or signal amplifiers. Compared with the traditional ordinary light strips with a limit of 5 to 10 meters, it greatly simplifies wiring and installation.
24V / 48V DC systems
Using a voltage platform higher than the conventional 12V to reduce current and lower line losses is the key to achieving long-distance volt-free operation.
The brightness and color temperature are highly uniform
The light output is consistent throughout the entire length, without any issues such as “bright front and dark back” or color cast, making it suitable for scenarios with high requirements for visual consistency.
IP65 protection grades
We have launched an IP65-level protection version (using silicone tubing or potting process), which can easily handle various indoor and outdoor usage scenarios.
Multiple colors are available.
Optional static white light, RGB, and RGBW versions are available.

The lines are clean and neat, making the night view more stunning. - Linear light troughs for commercial Spaces
Hotel lobbies, shopping centers, exhibition halls, ceiling or wall light troughs – high-density LED+ uniform light output, creating a high-end, uninterrupted, continuous light band, enhancing the texture of the space. - Stage and film shooting lighting
Do studios, theaters, and film and television bases need background light or contour light of ultra-long distance and uniform brightness? Our flexible neon lights offer stable, flicker-free, and color-adjustable professional-grade lighting. - Large-scale industrial and infrastructure lighting
Large-span places such as factory workshops, airport terminals, subway tunnels, and warehousing and logistics centers – IP65 protection + long-life design, meeting the requirements of 7× 24-hour high-reliability operation. - Advantages: Compared to ordinary LED strips, it lowers wiring costs, minimizes potential failure points, and enhances both light uniformity and system reliability.
What is "no voltage drop"?
In the application of LED light strips, “Voltage Drop” is a common but easily overlooked issue. In simple terms, when current flows through a wire, it encounters resistance, causing the voltage to gradually decrease as the distance increases. LEDs are highly sensitive to voltage – if the voltage is insufficient, the brightness will significantly dim.
Ordinary LED strips dim and yellow toward the end due to voltage drop over distance (exceeding 5 meters or even 10 meters), requiring complex mid-run power connections to maintain brightness.
Our 20m / 30m / 50m volt-free long-distance LED light strips have completely solved this problem through the following core technologies:
- Double parallel high-conductivity circuit design
- Thickened copper foil PCB
- Integrated constant current IC technology
Whether you are creating a 50-meter hotel corridor, a 30-meter staircase light slot, or a 20-meter display cabinet lighting, simply connect the power supply at one end of the light strip. The entire light strip will have consistent brightness and uniform color from beginning to end.
- Eliminate complex relay wiring
- Reduce installation costs
- Enhance visual quality
Truly achieve a one-time power connection and uniform light emission throughout the entire process.
Tip: For the best results, please pair it with a high-quality power supply with full power and stable voltage (it is recommended to leave a margin of 10-20%).

Everything You’ve Wondered About
Q1: What is a “no-voltage-drop long-distance LED light strip”?
A: Ordinary LED light strips dim as they grow longer because the current becomes insufficient over such a long distance.
However, long-distance LED light strips with no voltage drop achieve this by using thicker internal copper wires, optimized circuitry, or higher voltage (such as 36V/48V) to ensure a more stable power flow. Even when stretched to 20, 30, or even 50 meters, the brightness remains uniform, with consistent illumination from beginning to end.
Q2: Can it really be powered from a single end for 50 meters without dimming?
A: Yes, but the following conditions must be met: using a DC24V or DC48V high-voltage model (lower current, smaller voltage drop); the light strip uses a 6oz or thicker copper PCB; the power density is moderate (e.g., ≤12W/m); the ambient temperature is normal; and there is no additional line extension.
Q3: Why can’t ordinary LED light strips be made this long?
A: Standard LED strips typically use 1oz–2oz thin copper PCBs. Under high current, the line resistance is significant. According to Ohm’s Law (V = I × R), the higher the current and the longer the distance, the more severe the voltage drop. For example, a 24V/14.4W/m LED strip may drop below 20V at the 10-meter end, resulting in a brightness loss of over 30%.
Q4: How do I determine whether to choose the 20m, 30m, or 50m model for my project?
A: Refer to the following principles:
≤20 meters: DC24V + 4oz copper thickness is sufficient, low cost;
20–30 meters: DC24V + 6oz copper thickness is recommended, or upgrade to DC36V;
>30 meters (e.g., 50 meters): A DC36V/48V high-voltage system is strongly recommended, combined with 6oz + PCB, to achieve true single-ended voltage drop.
Our engineers can provide free solution design support.
Q5: Can waterproof LED lights withstand long-term outdoor conditions?
A: Yes. The waterproof versions, such as IP65 (outer layer covered with silicone), IP67 (joint filled with glue), and IP68 (full sealing of the entire strip), can all be used outdoors, in damp places, and even underwater with confidence.
But two points should be noted:
The two ends of the cut light strip must be sealed with waterproof end caps or heat shrink tubes; otherwise, water will seep in.
The power supply and controller must not be directly exposed. They should be installed in a dry and waterproof electrical box to ensure safety and lifespan.
Q6: Can I customize the length by cutting the strip? Will it still have “no voltage drop” after cutting?
A: There is a small scissors sign every few centimeters on the light strip (the exact intervals depend on how closely the LED beads are arranged). You can cut them short at these places with confidence.
As long as the total length after cutting does not exceed the maximum “no voltage drop” length supported by this model (such as 20 meters, 30 meters or 50 meters), the entire light strip will be equally bright, without the situation where the front is bright and the back is dark.
