Product Feature
(1) 24V LED strips mainly use three package sizes of LED lamp beads: 2835 and 5050/3535. Monochromatic light generally uses 2835 package size, reinforced and thickened bracket, 0.75mm, anti-bending; colored light or multi-color light generally uses 5050 package size;
(2) Product power is optional. 6W/m, 7.2W/m, 8W/m, 12W/m, 14W/m, 15W/m, 16W/m, 18W/m, 20W/m, 24W/m.The power can also be customized according to customer requirements;
(3) LED lamp bead densities include 60LEDs/m, 120LEDs/m, 132LEDs/m, 168LEDs/m, 180LEDs/m, 240LEDs/m, etc. The lamp bead density can also be customized according to customer requirements;
(4) PCB boards are available in 5mm/8mm/10mm/12mm/15mm/20mm to adapt to different scenarios;
(5) The copper foil thickness of conventional double-sided PCB boards adopts the standard 2OZ (35um on the front + 35um on the back);
The copper foil thickness of the PCB board of the high-efficiency lamp strip adopts the standard 3OZ (35um on the front + 70um on the back)
(6) Conventional CRI>80, CRI>90 or>95 can also be provided, color tolerance SDCM<5;
(7) The IP grades of the product are IP20, IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68;
(8) OEM or ODM can be provided;
(9) Product warranty＞50000H.

What is 24V LED Strip?
The 24V LED strip refers to the power supply voltage of DC24V. The conventional design is 6 LEDs + 2 resistors as a unit. It is the main difference from the 12V LED strip, which usually has 3 LEDs + 1 resistor as a unit.

24V LED Strip Advantages
1. 24V is a safe voltage;
2. The cascade length of 24V LED strips is long, and the brightness difference between the beginning and the end is not big;
3. 24V LED strips are suitable for long-distance applications;
4. The working current of 24V LED strips is only half of that of 12V under the same power working conditions. It generates less heat during operation and the wires can be made thinner.
Precautions:
1. The power supply voltage of the light strip is DC voltage and must not be directly connected to AC power;
2. In actual installation and use, the voltage of the light strip must be consistent with the driving power supply. It cannot be connected to a driving power supply with a voltage that does not match the voltage of the light strip to avoid damage to the light strip.

High Efficiency LED Strip By Series
SMD2835 LED chip, usually 8LEDs/group and 9LEDs/group. The maximum luminous efficiency can reach 200LM/W. Using large-size chip lamp beads, the brightness is higher. The thickness of the copper foil used is standard 30Z.
The number of lamp beads is 64LEDs/m, 90LEDs /m and 128LEDs/m, 144LEDs/m, 160LEDs/m, 180 LEDs/m and 192LEDs/m;
PCB width is available in 8mm and 10mm;
Conventional color temperatures include: 1800K/2700K/3000K/4000K/5000K/6500K, the color temperature can also be customized.

The S-type light strip is highly flexible and can be bent at will. It is suitable for installation in uneven and narrow places. It can be bent 360°. It solves the problem of easy circuit damage and low installation efficiency caused by the need to fold in half when bending conventional light strips.

The ultra-narrow white LED light strip uses SMD2835 LED beads, usually 6 LEDs per group; uses SMD2216, usually 6 LEDs per group. The width is very narrow, suitable for use in small spaces or with narrow aluminum profiles.
