The Garage Cinema is a unique outdoor film screening venue located in Moscow, Russia, adjacent to the famous Garage Museum of Contemporary Art.
Located in Moscow’s Gorky Park, near the Moscow River, the Garage Cinema offers an oasis in the city where audiences can enjoy movies in an atmosphere of nature and art.
The theater’s screen is a huge metal structure with a modern design that contrasts with the surrounding natural environment. The screen can accommodate hundreds of viewers at the same time.
Garage Screen is usually open in the summer and offers a diverse film screening program, including classic films, independent productions, foreign films and Russian films. The design of the theater is inspired by many movies, and the color scheme of the LED neon flex 360° lights is inspired by the movie “Blade Runner” to create a special space atmosphere. At night, the neon lights installed on the outside of the theater can provide light for the entire square and present a purple reflection from the museum next to it.
