48V Addressable LED Strip
48V Addressable LED Strip is an addressable LED strip powered by 48V DC voltage. Its core feature is that each LED bead integrates an independent control chip, which can realize independent programming of the color, brightness and dynamic effects of a single bead.
Compared with 12V and 24V addressable LED strips, the 48V smart pixel LED strip’s advantages:
- Long-distance operation without voltage drop: It can maintain brightness and color consistency at a distance of up to 50 meters or even longer, while 12V or 24V LED strips usually require additional power supply every 5 meters to avoid voltage drop problems.
- Lower current and line loss: At the same power, the current of 48V is only 1/4 of that of 12V, and the line loss is reduced to 1/16, which reduces energy loss and heating risks.
- More stable color and brightness consistency: Smaller voltage drop can avoid brightness and color temperature differences at the front and back ends of the light strip. Maintain consistent color and brightness over a wide voltage range to present smooth animation effects.
- Heat dissipation and life optimization: Due to the lower current, the 48V pixel LED strip generates less heat, combined with high thermal conductivity materials (such as 3OZ PCB and aluminum heat sink), it can effectively extend the life of LED chips and reduce light decay.
