Product Feature
(1) IP67 LED strip color temperature drift is smaller, which can ensure that the color temperature after sealing is not much different from the original color temperature and the color temperature consistency is good;
(2) Since the LED light strip is formed by one-time lamination, the plug and the light strip are integrated into one, which has excellent waterproof properties and is not easily eroded by water;
(3) Silicone and light strips are co-extruded, and can be extruded hundreds or thousands of meters at a time. The extrusion size is standard, and the light strips are marked smooth and clean.
(4) Silicone has a short curing time, which improves shipping speed and greatly improves efficiency;
(5) It has excellent light transmittance and refractive index, which can minimize the light attenuation of the light source;
(6) OEM or ODM can be provided;
(7) Product life＞50000H.
IP67 LED Strip Advantages
It can be seen after cutting the light strip that the LED light strip is formed by one-time lamination. The edges of both ends of the LED light strip are pressed tightly with the silicone without any looseness.
The product uses high-brightness SMDLED as the light source, which is energy-saving, high-brightness, low light decay and long life; the horizontally arranged resistor welding design effectively prevents the light strip from falling off and being damaged when it is bent. The current is stable and the light strip has a longer life.
