Product Feature
(1) Glue filling and solid silicone extrusion are both production processes for IP68 underwater LED strip;
(2) The glue-filled lamp strip adopts the glue-filled process. During the production process, the LED chips, FPC circuit boards, etc. are placed in the hollow pipe of the lamp strip and silicone glue is injected, and then sealed and fixed. Therefore, the gaps between the chips and the light strip are all filled with silicone glue, making it stronger, more durable, waterproof and dustproof;
(3) Silicone solid extrusion molding process, high product consistency, short production cycle, and more uniform light output;
(4) The shell is molded in one go, with a protection level > IP68. The safety protection performance is very high and can be used outdoors;
(5) The strength of high-quality silicone makes it highly resistant to damage during transportation and installation.
(6) OEM or ODM mode of cooperation can be provided;
(7) Product life＞50000H.
