Yin Yang Panda House is one part of Copenhagen Zoo, a famous zoo located in Copenhagen. It is designed by BIG and Schønherr.
It covers 1250 square meters of indoor space and 1200 square meters of outdoor space.
The structure of the panda house is unique. It is shaped like a yin-yang symbol with two halves: yin and yang.
At the edge of the handrails on the panda house, a 360 degrees neon flex light is used. The designers chose white color light, which suits the style of Yin Yang Panda House.
With characteristics like UV resistance and high temperature tolerance, the neon flex light becomes a good choice for handrails.
What’s more, the cool white color temperature is compatible with the surroundings.
A cool white light beam provides enough brightness at night.
And the outline of the Yin Yang Panda House is drawn out and emphasized by the neon flex light, making the contour of the zoo more conspicuous.
