One IC of 12V UCS1903 LED strip controls 3 LEDs, and one IC of 24V UCS1903 LED strip controls 6 LEDs.
UCS1903 LED strip is similar to the WS2811 LED strip, it also has a single data transmission line and cannot resume transmission from a breakpoint.
