6. Real-time response function during channel testing
The test program can dynamically detect any channel fault in real time. The main channel lights up red normally, and the auxiliary channel lights up green normally. If any channel fails, the corresponding light will not light up. If the fault is restored, the light will light up. Real-time monitoring and real-time response are helpful to find soft faults that occur more frequently.

Answer: UCS5603 is a 4096-level grayscale three-channel bad pixel retransmission function LED driver control dedicated circuit, which integrates MCU digital interface, data latch, LED high-voltage driver and other circuits.
Through the peripheral MCU control, the chip’s individual brightness and cascade control realize the color dot matrix lighting control of the outdoor large screen. The bad pixel retransmission function adopts advanced HPD error signal recognition technology, which can achieve a channel error signal recognition rate of more than 99%, and also adopts a patented dual decoding engine to monitor 2 channels at the same time. If there is a problem with any channel signal, it will switch to the normal channel in real time. It is not easy for the human eye to find the abnormal picture during the switching process.
